Description
Modification to the S106 agreement associated with planning permission dated 20th May 2019 under reference RN: 19/03844/FULL (which in itself was a variation to the S106 agreement & planning permission dated 19 November 2018 (RN: 17/00938/FULL); a variation to the S106 agreement & planning permission dated 2 November 2003 (RN: 02/06302/FUL) to amend 19/03844/FULL considered to improve the design, safety and functionality of the building and allow compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and the Higher-Risk Buildings Regulations 2023. The internal redesign of the development for compliance with the Act has inevitably resulted in and loss in floor area and a change to the residential unit mix, albeit the redesign has not resulted in any reduction in the number of permitted residential units.
