New brick wall at front with wider opening. 3 new brick pillars to match height of neighbours brick pillars. New entrance steps to same dimension as previous steps. New tiling replacing concrete path in front of bay window. Same dimension as previous. Flower beds to left, right side & infront of wall. Existing drainage to be retained & connected to new drainage channel at front of property. Application was made on 30 Sept 2024 (ref no. PO-13449201). In that application I had indicated new proposed works for approval. I had not realised additional planning application was required for the new drive & new wall works.
