Application for a Certificate of Lawfulness (Existing Development) for the lawful commencement of development approved under planning permission I/2011/0207/F, (comprising the erection of 2 no. additional free-range poultry sheds with 4 no. feed bins and associated site works at lands at Kilmascalty Road, approximately 450m west of 181 Ardboe Road, Cookstown, BT80 0HX). Development was commenced in accordance with Condition 1 of the permission (works begun prior to 21st December 2016) and the vehicular access including 2.4m x 50m visibility splay southwest and 2.4m x 80m visibility splay northeast was constructed in full compliance with Condition 2 of the planning approval certificate
