Birch House Sandy Lane Newcastle Under Lyme Staffordshire ST5 0LZ
Description
Our property is 30 Parkside Drive, May Bank, ST5 0NN. The tree is our rear neighbour on Sandy Lane. Roughly 40% of the tree in question overhangs onto our garden and also over our outbuilding. This causes issues with falling branches which has already damaged a window on our outbuilding. We would like to scale back some of the tree that overhangs our property. We have contacted the neighbour whose property the tree resides in and they are in agreement that the tree does require some reduction. We will also seek services of a professional tree surgeon once the works have been authorised.
