Variation of Condition 1 of application 25/00193/CONR (Previously approved 19/03323/CONR) to allow extended trading hours by 60 minutes on Monday to Thursday, 120 minutes on Friday and Saturday and 90 minutes on a Sunday. The premises shall not be used except between 0800hrs and 0030hrs Sunday to Thursday, between 0800hrs and 0130hrs Friday, Saturday and the days preceding a Bank Holiday. Condition Number(s): 1 Conditions(s) Removal: to retain use of the extended opening hours for a further 12 month period For the next 12 months the use hereby permitted shall not take place other than between the hours of 8am to 12.30am Sunday to Thursday, 8am to 1.30am Friday, Saturday, Bank Holidays and the days preceding a Bank Holiday. These hours hereby approved shall cease 12 months from the date of this permission after which time they shall revert back to those granted under permission reference 19/03323/CONR
