Description

My daughter has autism and masks heavily at school. A lot of her frustrations are felt at home. Sienna masks heavily at school and needs a safe space to regulate. When we bought the house we did so on the provison we could convert the garage to a sensory room. The developer agreed to this before the purchase but the surveyer said we need to check if an article 4 direction has been used to remove permitted development rights. If there is anyway anyone could get back to me as soon as possible as we are very much in urgent need of this and were hoping this would be completed before the summer holidays as the building works would be dangerous around Sienna so it needs to be done whilst she was at school. We didnt realise we would need to do this part. My husband did send an email on Monday but didnt explain it properly. Our drive can also fir 3 cars on as we have done many times.
