Tree species: Cider Gum Number used on sketch plan: T7 Description of works: Removal T7 appears to have been windblown historically, ie the tree’s root system has partially failed. While it is reasonably stable now, the acute angle of stem lean and the vigorous nature of the species mean that cyclical pruning will be required to manage the canopy. Removal and replacement is recommended to avoid an intensive cyclical pruning regime, and reduce the risk of future rootplate failure.
