South-East Elevation (Lower Ground Floor): Removal of one door. Enlargement of a bathroom window, to include obscure glazing to maintain privacy 6. Rear garden adjustments: Modifications to the transition between patio areas and lawn to better respond to proposed site levels and to improve usability 7. Front garden and parking area: Reduction in extent of hardstanding. Increase in lawn and planted areas, resulting in a greener frontage and improved landscape quality. The landscaping amendments proposed as part of this NMA are minor in nature and arise directly from the changes described above, particularly in relation to - 8. Adjustments to levels. 9.
