HOLLY (NEIGHBOURS TREE) - REDUCE THE OVERHANGING BRANCHES BACK TO BOUNDARY BY APPROXIMATELY 1.5M, TO MATCH WITH THE LOWER BRANCHES WHICH HAVE ALREADY BEEN REDUCED.
