Description

My late father's house has two ash trees at the bottom of the garden of 51 Victoria Avenue, Rayleigh (highlighted in blue on the attached sreenshot). In June 2025, he made an application to reduce the crown of one of the trees. Consent was provided (your ref: 25/00398/TPO - my ref: PP-14063243) to "Reduce crown of Ash by 4m-5m". The property has now been left to myself and my brother (date of father's death was 19/11/25) and is now up for sale. We are now seeking to also reduce the crown of the other Ash tree by the same amount so they are consistent in size. The current estimate in size is approx 15m.
