Installation of PV panels and green roof at main roof level; planting on the terraces; new external stair in the lightwell on the southern side of the building; creation of a new lightwell on the St George Street side of the building including railings; new cycle parking facilities and associated works; NAMELY the provision of two areas for planters on the front St George Street elevation; amending the location of lighting fixtures to entrance; addition of address signage at ground floor level main entrance; amending level 06 and level 07 window sizes on both St George Street and Masons Arms Mews; and amending the wording of Condition 5 to allow the doors on St George Street to open outwards onto pavement for fire safety purposes.
