WE HAVE A TREE IN THE BACK LAWN OF OUR PROPERTY THAT WE PURCHASED IN SEPTEMBER 2024. THE TREE HAS BEEN DEAD SINCE WE HAVE BEEN IN THE PROPERTY. I SUSPECT THIS MAY HAVE A TREE PRESERVATION NOTICE BUT GIVEN IT IS DRY AND DEAD IT IS DIFFICULT TO IDENTIFY IT. WE WOULD LIKE TO REMOVE THE TREE AS IT IS DEAD. I SUSPECT IT COULD BE (T108 FLOWERING) BUT AM UNABLE TO TELL. PARTICULARLY BECAUSE ITS DEAD AND HAS NO FLOWERS.
