Non material amendment to conditions 6 and 14-22 on pp 3PL/2011/0805/O - The proposed amendment seeks to facilitate appropriate delivery of the Development and ensures that the necessary highways infrastructure is delivered when required, relative to housing occupation milestones, and simply amends the Conditions to reflect the updated design for the highway works (and associated improvements) and timetable for delivery to ensure these are delivered when required.
