Non Material Amendment to UTT/25/0101/PINS (S62A/2024/0075) - amending the heights of certain windows for plots 1-15, 24-32, 41-51 and 53-55. Revising the orientation (internal layout and principal elevation) of plot 14 and 42. Insertion of a single window to the rear of the building at ground floor level, insertion of a velux window on the front elevation of the building and removal of a window by the front door for plots 33-40 (block A). Insertion of additional openers to the ground floor rear elevation patio doors for plots 2, 3, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 15, 27, 28, 45, 46, 54 and 55.
