PLN/2025/1868 for the Variation of condition 1 (Approved plans) seeking to amend the levels of affordable housing provision from 31% to 100% (an all affordable home scheme) (relating to permission ref. PLN/2024/2749 for the Erection of 113 Residential Dwellings With Access, Parking, Landscaping and Associated Works and the Construction of a Store Ancillary to Taylor Wimpey Offices)
