(T2) Sycamore - Tree is growing approximately 4m from the rear of the property, lateral branches are beginning to encroach on building. Proposing to reduce approximately 5x lateral branches that are growing towards building by up to 2m. Pruning cuts of approximately 30mm diameter. This is to give 3m clearance from rear windows.
