Esher Conservation Area - 1. Group of Conifer trees on right hand side of back garden. Trees have a height of approximately 10 metres and spread of approximately 4.5 metres. Proposed works are to reduce height by approximately 2.5 - 3 metres to form level hedge and trim one side, leaving the trees with a height of approximately 7 metres and spread of approximately 4 metres. 2. Lawson Cypress tree on rear boundary. Tree has a height of approximately 16 metres and spread of approximately 5.5 metres. Proposed works are to reduce height by approximately 2.5 metres and trim side growth, leaving the tree with a height of approximately 13.5 metres and spread of approximately 5 metres. 3. Elder tree in back garden. Tree has a height of approximately 9 metres. Proposed works are to reduce height by approximately 4.5 metres. Works are being carried out on these trees to reduce end weight, windsail, particularly on Points 1 & 3, allow light into garden and reduce from neighbouring property.
