S19 to vary condition 2 (Approved plans) of listed building consent 25/00758/LBC (Refurbishment and alterations including thermal upgrade of external envelope, external louvres, upgrade existing windows, replacement garage door, internal and external insulation, existing flat roof insulated and re-felted, extend garden terrace, installation of Air Source Heat Pump to side and PV solar panels to second floor roof and other minor internal and external alterations) to change from re-use of existing horizontal cedar cladding to internal hardboard panels to walls & ceilings were to be reused and replaced on a like for like basis where required, replace defective first floor level ceiling panels with hardboard panels, Provide new cedar cladding boards to match the original boards and Provide replacement ceiling panels to match the original panels.
