Create four car parking spaces of which two will be for inclusive access - details of materials, any means of frontage enclosure shall be set back 2.4 metres from the edge of the carriageway of the adjacent highway, No other part of the development hereby permitted shall commence until the new access has been laid out and completed in all respects in accordance with drawing no. 9004/228 Rev B and Suffolk County Council's Preliminary Access Drawing DM-00-03, details of the means to prevent the discharge of surface water from the development onto the highway and area(s) within the site shown on drawing no. 9004/228 Rev B for the purposes of loading, unloading, manoeuvring and parking of vehicles has / have been provided and thereafter the area(s) shall be retained, maintained and used for no other purposes.
