Amended condition to read "Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, no more than 50% of the dwellings shall be occupied until a scheme of improvement works at the junction of Shurdington Road and Leckhampton Lane, or evidence that such works are not required, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. If required, the improvement works shall thereafter be completed in accordance with the approved scheme prior to the occupation of the final dwelling on the development."
