The proposed amendment seeks to replace the approved pitched roof with three rooflights over the ground floor side return extension with a larger skylight spanning the whole length of the pitched roof (1x3m). The overall roof form, height, and pitch will remain identical to the approved scheme. It is noted that the most recent planning permission includes both the rear extension and the side return extension. For the avoidance of doubt, this non-material amendment relates solely to the side return element as approved within that permission. The rear extension does not form part of this amendment and remains unchanged.
