BEFORE PREPARATION OF GROUND LEVELS OF THE DEVELOPMENT APPROVED BY THIS PERMISSION A SCHEME FOR THE PROVISION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF FOUL DRAINAGE WORKS SHALL BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE LOCAL PLANNING AUTHORITY. SUCH WORKS SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED TO THE REASONABLE SATISFACTION OF THE LOCAL PLANNING AUTHORITY BEFORE THE ASSOCIATED BUILDINGS TO WHICH THEY RELATE ARE OCCUPIED.
