The Application also seeks to part discharge Condition 26 (Arboricultural Method Statement) of IP/16/00608/OUT in relation to Phase 4a. IP/16/00608/OUT was an EIA development and an Environmental Statement was submitted with the application under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 (as amended).
