To vary Condtion 2 (Approved Plans/Documents) and to remove Condition 4 (Fenestration) -to allow Condition 2 to be varied substituting the approved drawings with updated drawings reflecting the minor amendments. Condition 4 to not re-imposed, as fenestration details have now been provided.
