16 Becondale Road London SE19 1QJ
Description
It is a tree (not sure which type - it may be an Ash tree) in the front right corner of our private garden. Reduce the size of one tree in the rear garden by cutting back the crown by approximately 50%, or remove the tree entirely (if reduction is not considered sufficient). The tree currently overhangs the patio area and significantly restricts natural light to the garden and rear of the property. It also overhangs near a bedroom window, where birds regularly perch, causing persistent noise disturbance. In addition, the tree results in a substantial accumulation of bird droppings on the patio, making the space difficult to use. The proposed works are intended to improve light, usability of the garden, and residential amenity, while maintaining the overall character of the area where possible.
