10 Parkside Welwyn AL6 9DQ
Description
T1 - Atlas cedar to remove to ground level. The tree has become too large for the space it is growing within, its lateral branches have been cut back hard to clear one building, leaving it truncated and sparse. It over sails the garage roof, rubbing on the tiles and constantly blocking gutters. Public footpath, driveways and roofs are littered with bird droppings. It also blocks light into No.10. Reducing the tree sufficiently enough to mitigate the issues raised would leave the tree in poor form and aesthetically unappealing. While we acknowledge the trees amenity value. The retention of the tree in its current size and location appears difficult. To replace with a more suitably sized tree further forward on the grass area
