Application for a Non-Material Amendment relating to DC/25/00077 - The proposed amendment results in a minor increase to the external footprint of the building, to accommodate a slightly thicker wall construction and wider plant room. The wall build-up has been amended from PIR insulation to Rockwool insulation, a more sustainable alternative, which resulted in a small increase in wall thickness with no material change to the building?s appearance. The increase in plant room width is to faciltate the installation of a Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) unit. With the slight footprint increase, this has also increased the ridge height marginally.
