T2 Holly - Cut back small branches by approximately 2 metres in length to boundary on north side of tree to a height of 3 metres. Note: This tree is on land owned by The Woodland Trust. T3 Silver Birch - Fell tree which is approximately 7 metres in height and is leaning towards the house. Note: This tree is on land owned by 38 Peckover Way and is on the boundary of land owned by The Woodland Trust. The proposed work is required in order to allow for a wooden fence to be erected along the back boundary of the property to improve security. The Site Manager of Reffley Woods, for The Woodland Trust, visited the site on 10th April 2026 to view the boundary and to inspect the trees. He ascertained the proposed work would have no adverse impact on the trees or on wildlife and had no objection to the work
