1. Replacement of 4 x sets of patio doors at rear of property. The middle 2 x patio doors to be replaced with the creation of a single larger brickwork opening (W3300mm x H2015mm) by removing the wall inbetween them and replacing with a single set of white aluminium heritage style french patio double doors. See attached picture of larger patio door set. - the 2 x sets of patio doors on either end to be replaced with heritage style white aluminium french patio double doors within the existing brickwork opening W1205mm x H2105mm. See attached picture. 2. Replacement of paving slabs on driveway at front of house with resin-bound stone driveway. Colour choice to be yellow and beige mix of resin (see attached pic) resin-bound gravel, in order to complement and blend in with the yellow brick of house.
