Block H Birks Halls New North Road Exeter EX4 4GE
Description
Yew tree starting to collapse as previous failures have left a whole in the crowning of this tree. It has three limbs currently hanging in the lower crown adding extra weight and wind sail. I feel the best way to limit the future wind throw of this tree are to reduce the length of existing limbs by 20% reshaping back to internal secondary crowning please see photos attached for detail.
