Description
The proposal requests to change the use of the site from agricultural land to a motorhome parking site operating on a seasonal basis between April and October. The development will include the installation of an automatic, access-controlled barrier at the existing entrance. A 1.2m high stock fence will be constructed to enclose the defined site boundary. The entrance area will be finished with hard standing, and bollard lighting will be installed across the site in line with the proposed layout and electrical plans.
