Description

The build will be a small conservatory extension approx L3.60m x W2.24m x H2.50m placed in my ground floor flat garden. The structure will be of aluminium or UPVC with 2 double glazed walls attached to a south facing and west facing brick party wall The roof will also be double glazed. The structure will have one single door on the east side and one single door and a window on the south side. The floor will be of concrete with 0.40m foundation The extension will have little effect on the neighbours as it cannot be seen from ground level as the walls around the garden are too high and there are mature trees and shrubs The flats above will see the glass roof if they lean out of their windows but otherwise the conservatory extension is very discrete As I am now in my 80???s the conservatory will allow me to be in my garden protected by the glass of the conservatory in the winter and to be shaded in the summer with the doors and windows open with roof blinds to protect from the sun. In the future it will provide more space for a small family with the possibility of creating a 2 bedroomed flat and somewhere for children to play indoors
