Description

T18 to be taken down and a similar tree planted within the area. This is due to a structural lean towards the house and concerns regarding stability. T 20 to be taken down and a similar tree planted within the area. This is due to tree having been planted 2 meters from next doors house. I am seeking consent to remove two trees covered by TPO due to safety and reasonable management concerns. Tree 1 is visibly leaning and appears increasingly unstable. There are concerns regarding structural integrity, particularly during periods of high wind. Given its position within falling distance of property, it presents a foreseeable risk. Tree 2 is approximately 80 feet in height and located approximately 2 metres from the neighbour's house. Due to its scale and proximity to built structures, there are concerns regarding potential structural impact, root influence, and risk in the event of failure. The size and position of both trees are now considered inappropriate for their location. I am willing to undertake replacement planting with a more suitable species in an agreed location, should the Council require this as a condition of consent. TPO 306E.
