Variation would allow:- Revision to the access drawing and revision to the wording of condition 18 to read :- ' No occupation of over 50% of the approved development shall take place until the following have been provided or completed: a) The works as shown in principle on drawing ST-3637-770 b) Upgrade to Essex County Council specification the two bus stops which would best serve the proposal site. Details shall be agreed with the Local Planning Authority prior to their implementation. c) Improvements to Footpath 40 shall be carried out in accordance with Drawing No. Highway Improvement Plan 710 rev B as approved under application ref 25/00912/DAC d) Residential Travel Information Packs (to include six one-day vouchers for use with the relevant local public transport operator) for each dwelling, promoting the use of sustainable transport.'
