Description
We have been appointed to carry out fire remediation work on the building as part of the Cladding Safety Scheme. The remediation scope includes the removal of combustible materials within the external wall build up and timber decking on balconies which will be replaced with a non-combustible material which is of a like for like match in appearance. We are also installing a new cavity barrier system. Significant cracking in the brickwork has also been identified therefore, we'll survey to identify the cause and remediate.
