Variation of condition no. 13 of LA07/2019/1254/F from The development hereby approved shall not commence on site until full details of foul and surface water drainage arrangements to service the development, including a programme for implementation of these works, have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council in consultation with NIW. Reason: To ensure the appropriate foul and surface water drainage of the site. To No development other than the foundations for dwelling No.1 shall take place on site until the method of sewage disposal has been agreed under the terms of water (41) order. No dwellings hereby approved shall be occupied until the agreed method of sweage disposal is constructed & operational on site.
