Description

Modify front elevation by adding a gable end roof to the existing pitched roof. New roof line not to extend past existing roof line. Insert an additional window in new gable end with matching brick work. Brick up existing window in side elevation with matching brick. Replace all existing roof tiles with similar style brown concrete pan tiles. Replace all uPVC windows with Georgian style uPVC windows. Widen and set back existing front door and replace with cream composite front door and side lights. Brick up existing windows to make good. Remove existing rendering and shiplap panelling and replace with brick slip tiles to match existing brickwork.
