T1 Oak is in decline with extensive dieback in the upper crown and infection with honey fungus (Armillaria mellea). The base of the tree has significant bark death causing the bark to delaminate. The tree is a hazard to the pedestrians on the adjacent path and cars on the road. Fell the tree in the interest of public safety.
